Bank charges incurred by Landmark (Southampton) Limited because of payments made

by Direct Deposit from overseas banks or by Cheques drawn on Overseas Banks is

payable. Please add those charges to your Balance, if applicable.

 

My signature below confirms that I have read, understood & agree to comply with the

following:

 

  1. I will be in residence at Landmark for the entire time my guest(s) is in the

rented apartment.

 

  1. The deposit must paid in order to reserve my guest(s) accommodation, and

balance paid on arrival.

 

  1. I accept that if I cancel with less than 30 days’ notice from the date of arrival,

there will be no refund unless another resident books some or all of the time

cancelled, in which case the deposit returned will be prorated.

 

  1. Guests are restricted to Two (2) people in Apt. 3, Three (3) people in Apt. 1

and five (5) people in Apt. 5,

 

  1. Rental of guest apartments is limited to two consecutive weeks, unless special

permission has been granted by the Board of Directors.

 

  1. I will pay any damages to Manor House/Landmark property or apartment

caused by my guest(s) including soiled bedding or broken/burnt kitchen

equipment.

 

I have read and understood the “Welcome to Landmark” information and I will ensure

that my guest(s) read the information and abide by the relevant Rules and Regulations of

Landmark.

 

I will pick up the keys from the Property Manager or a Board Member and meet my

guests in order to give them the keys and Landmark information.

 

Should I fail to comply with any of the above, I will forfeit my right to future rental of the

Manor House.
