Malachi Hall, BSc, MSc

Malachi Hall serves as the Property & Lifestyle Management Associate/Operations Associate at Masterkey Management Ltd., bringing a diverse background in customer service, marketing, organizational management, and property operations. With over two years of experience in customer service and marketing, combined with four years of specialized property management experience, he has developed expertise in lease administration, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and operational oversight.

Known for his detail-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills, Malachi effectively manages personnel, properties, and special projects while fostering positive relationships with tenants, property owners, contractors, and service providers. He works closely with property office and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency, maintain high occupancy standards, and deliver exceptional service across residential, condominium, and commercial property portfolios.

Malachi holds a Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership and Business Management and a Master of Science in Project Management from Liberty University in Virginia. His commitment to professional excellence is complemented by a passion for community service and environmental stewardship. He actively volunteers with the Bermuda National Trust Nature Conservation Program and participates in the Sargasso Conservation Community.

In his role at Masterkey Management Ltd., Malachi conducts comprehensive property inspections in accordance with preventative maintenance schedules, coordinates with owners, tenants, and contractors, and oversees minor capital and maintenance projects. He is responsible for promptly addressing both urgent and ongoing property management matters, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards while supporting the needs of residents, tenants, and stakeholders.

Dedicated to continuous growth and lifelong learning, Malachi actively pursues professional development opportunities within the property and facilities management industries. He is working toward obtaining his Commercial Property Manager Certificate, pursuing advanced training in Facility Management and Incident Command Systems, and ultimately achieving the prestigious Facility Management Professional (FMP) designation. Through these efforts, he remains committed to enhancing his expertise and delivering exceptional value to the properties, clients, and communities he serves.
