The compact kitchen includes a fridge, stove and microwave and the main living area includes a double bed, dresser, dining table with chairs and a futon for guests.  The closet and generously sized bathroom provides various storage options.  An outdoor shared terrace provides a tranquil place to relax after a busy day at work.  The apartment complex has a coin operated laundry facility.  As this is a suite off of the main house it does not have a separate assessment, therefore, the occupant may only have a bike.  There is no parking available for a car or work vehicle.  No smokers or pets please.
