Jackie Pascual

Jackie serves as an Operations Associate at Masterkey Management Ltd., providing executive support and administrative and operational assistance across the organization. With a background in operations, customer service, and administration, she is highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.

In her role, Jackie supports day-to-day operations through administrative coordination, managing communications and workflows, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial and property-related processes. She takes pride in providing professional, timely, and reliable support to the team.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and binge-watching TV dramas. She is never far from a good cup of coffee and loves quiet moments spent watching sunsets. She believes that while staying productive is important, making time for family, simple pleasures, and a little downtime is equally valuable.
